When you purchase or download BGShot from the App Store, you receive a license to:

• Install and use BGShot on your personal iOS devices
• Create unlimited beautified screenshots for personal or commercial use
• Export and share your creations without restrictions (Premium)

You Own Your Creations

All screenshots, images, and content you create or edit using BGShot remain your property. We claim no ownership rights over your content.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to use and edit the images
• Respecting copyright and intellectual property rights
• Compliance with applicable laws when using BGShot

In-App Purchases

BGShot offers premium features through In-App Purchases:

Payment Terms

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-recurring
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies

You agree not to use BGShot to:

• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

BGShot Property

The BGShot app, including its design, features, and code, is owned by PrivDev and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Built-in Assets

Backgrounds, gradients, and device frames included in BGShot are licensed for use within the app to create your content. You may use these in your exported images for any purpose.

Third-Party Content

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any screenshots or images you import into BGShot.

No Warranty

BGShot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or iOS versions
• Specific results or outcomes from using the app

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BGShot.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes:

• We'll post the updated terms here with a new date
• We'll notify users through the app or App Store updates
• Continued use after changes means acceptance of new terms

You may stop using BGShot at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms, though this is extremely rare as BGShot operates locally on your device.

Upon termination, your license to use BGShot ends, but any content you've already created remains yours.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California, though we prefer to resolve issues directly with users when possible.
