Switch your default browser from the menu bar in two clicks. Or set it to Ask, and route every link by domain or by the app you clicked it in.

Hold ⌘ while clicking any link to skip every rule and choose by hand, just this once.
Route by domain
Tick Remember choice once and that domain routes itself from then on. Subdomains come along; a more specific rule wins.
